Evernote – If you haven’t heard of Evernote yet, you’re missing out. When that great idea comes to you or you finally figured out what to do, record it in Evernote. The best part? There’s a free version that lets you sync between all of your devices.
Scatter Brain – This allows you to record ANYTHING. A quick voice note or a quick memo is just a click away. This app can make your thoughts as organized or disorganized as you want.
Remember the Milk – A great task manager that’s been around for a long time. It syncs between devices and your computer (Mac app or on the web). It’s also free to have them sync once a day, or for a few bucks (worth it), you can sync your tasks across devices as often as you want.
Feedly - A news and Google reader app. It has a beautiful UI that lets you easily share what you’ve read. Free app for iPad, iPhone, and Google Chrome.
HootSuite – Manage everything social media. Schedule tweets, Facebook updates, and more. Available on all devices.
Keynote – The presentation tool. Buy it once for iPad and iPhone. Create beautiful presentations with ease from you iDevice.
CamScanner - Scan anything into a PDF. Have ideas on a whiteboard and want to capture it before it gets erased? CamScan it. Camscan docs for email or to keep in Evernote.
CardMunch – Get a business card but don’t feel like entering the info into your contacts? Just scan it with CardMunch and have them send you the complete contact later in a text message. You just need a Linkedin account.
Map Quest - A turn-by-turn GPS app for Free! Works great too!
MillennialLeader.com - It’s here! Download it.
OK, we need your help, please. What apps (iOS or Android) do you suggest to help leaders be more organized, relaxed, or productive?

Thanks for the resources. I use half of these now, but the new ones look useful also.

Glad to hear it. Have any to add?
I’d add one:
Waze – it’s a navigation app. It’s free, and I’ve been loving it.

Heard of that one, haven’t used it. Thanks for the suggestion.
I’ve used Waze several times.. Really neat app.
Yeah, I like that it stays in the background, and talks to me when it’s time to turn.

Hey, there is the youversion.com Bible :p (For me it’s the best bible app) FREE
(Well, leaders get tired too)
I know with Apple icloud you can sync your stuff, but I still use Dropbox and I like it a lot. Comes in handy when sharing small and big files. FREE
Dragon Dictation to turn your spoken words into text. FREE
Like Jonathan said, with keynote you can create presentation slides, and there is also Pages, where you can create word documents. $9.99 (I THINK)
And if you are tired and need to relax and entertain yourself, I like Fruit Ninja and Asphalt

Haha. That’s true. All great suggestions. Thanks!
Flipboard and Zite are both useful to me. Flipboard takes your social media feeds, reader, tumblr, etc and mashes them up into a slick magazine like interface on your iPhone or iPad. Zite is a news reader that selects articles based on your interests and selections. Both are great ways to get new insights and discover things you may be missing in your Facebook and twitter streams if you have a lot of friends.
Great suggestions. Thanks!
Thanks for sharing. Loving the Feedly app.
I suggest Read it Pro.
I use Catch on my Droid and iPad for text, photo and voice notes. Can also set a reminder alarm when I really need to complete a task by a particular time of day (the note or photo pops up!).
GoodReads to log my favorite ministry books or books I want to read.
